How do I delete my account?
Privacy & data controls → Delete my account — cancels Stripe, redacts PII immediately, hard-deletes after a 30-day retention window.
Where can I download a copy of my data?
Privacy & data controls → Download my data — gives you a JSON export of everything we have.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — 30 days for IFS and MLM subscriptions, 7 days for Toolbench/Builders/CGA and one-time products.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Manage Subscription opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, change plan, or update card.
How do I log in?
Visit /login and use the email you paid with. First-time logins use "Forgot password" to set your password via the email we sent.
I just paid — where's my access?
Three emails arrive within 60 seconds: Stripe receipt, "Set your password" link, and a product-specific welcome with hub links.
